I'm not 100% sure I understand your question but if you're asking how the in-school mailbox system works....

At Maryland, we don't have mailboxes - Profs email us and also post announcements / grades online on Blackboard.

Yes I am asking about the in-school mail box system. Basically, my GPR Director wishes to send out a flier outlining the salient features of our program and contact info for prospective applicants.

What would be the best way to reach the rising seniors?
