I've already heard back from the school's that I wanted to get into, while there are still schools that I have yet to hear from (for even an interview). Should I call the remaining schools and officially withdraw my app, or just wait to hear from them (and then decline). what do you guys think?

I would still call and withdraw because most schools will be sending out more acceptances to students based on the number of deposits they recieve back. If you withdraw then that takes away the chance that you may still be sending the school a deopsit. So, the school no longer considers you to be possibly matriculating and offers your stpot to another student you may very well be wishing to go to that school.

After all, all it takes is a standard phonecall or letter.

We all greatly appreciate the students who withdraw their applications since others, like me, are still waiting to hear from all schools or just their top choices.

Thank You!

Just contact everyone and be done with it all 🙂

call and withdraw so they can give your spot to other applicants and you can have official closure with the school.

As long as you have a deposit in somewhere, withdraw and get closure. But, isn't it funny how some schools you hear from right away for an interview/acceptance etc...and then other schools you never even hear from for an interview? Makes ya wonder! 😕
