Continental Anesthesia in Chicago

Has anyone here worked for Continental Anesthesia in Chicago? It's a large anesthesia group in Chicago covering like thirteen hospitals. How do they treat their anesthesiologists? Do they overwork you? Do they cover tail insurance when you join them? I'd appreciate any feedback.

I know one of the anesthesiologists working for them right now, it is like being a factory worker, an hourly employee, overworked way underpaid, the average starting comes to about 225,000-250000 and "full time" is 50 hrs a week before you get "overtime". sounds like a little slice of hell to me.

Full time is actually 60 hrs. Don't do it. You'll regret it.

60 hours?! That's a lot of required hours. Does that include overnight call?
