Does anyone know any information about continuing education for dentists, in term of how long, how much, and the locations where you can get them from?

I was wavering whether or not I should go for Specialty program or just go out and practice as a General dentist right after dental school.
After doing some research, I think it will be more rewarding for a general dentist to work right away while taking additional courses in Continuing education, such as implantology, endo, perio, ortho..etc.
Now I am not going into dentistry just for the money, but it will be nice to have a more rewarding practice.
 
I was thinking about that too. I was looking into ortho CE. Maybe Progressive Ortho? Hrm, I think I'll start my own post. What did you decide?
