what are continuous flow centrifuges??

They're centrifuges that don't need to be run in batches. That is - the liquid flows in through one portal, the compound is spun out of it, and the excess flows out through another portal, all without starting or stopping the centrifuge. Once in a while, the centrifuge is stopped and the stuff that has been spun out is collected.
