contract help PLEASE!

can anyone with experience in practice & job contracts email/pm me. I've gotten offers/contracts & will have a lawyer look at the one I ultimately opt for. But before spending that $500, would like some help/insight about weeding out the subpar contracts.

I've seen Bruce Armon give several excellent talks about contracts both at our residency and at major national meetings. He also writes a regular newsletter for residents with tips about contracts. When I sign my first contract post-fellowship, he's who I will be using.

has anyone heard of not having a specific termination clause in a contract because it's a TWO year contract?

And what are MGMA standards? How do they address the number of office hours per week required in a contract or the balance between inpatient and outpatient?
