I am currently only working per diem for an independent pharmacy. A staffing agency has contacted me and offered me (in writing) a multi month contract as a 1099 employee. I have never worked for a staffing agency or as a 1099 contractor and was curious as to others experiences. Thank you for sharing.

I did and negotiated a higher rate to account for paying all of FICA
