So neuro is not my strongest and combining that with physio is just not happening AND I can't still get it straight
Can some one tell me which is a good book to read or a web site I can go to that can explain "control of breathing"??

for real? try costanza for the physio aspect (i.e. metabolic stimuli) and any neuro text will tell you where in the medulla the 'breathing center' is. Aside from that, there are a few key points for boards (progesterone in pregnancy, 'hypoxic drive') but not much more than that.
