So is there a conversion chart for DAT, i.e how many Qs out of 40 will get you a 20.

No, there is a different one for each test.
But about 1 wrong is a 27, 2 wrong is a 24-25, 3 wrong is 22-23, 4 wrong is like 21ish...something like this.
