conversion factors

ok guys, how many conversion factors do we have to know?, you know, how many gallons in a liter, oz to gall...etc, there are TONS... so do we just memorize as much as possible??, acheiver says conversion factors are rarely given,
let me know plz, thanks

um I dont think anyone can tell you exactly how many conversion factors you should know. Obviously the more the better. Just learn as many as you possibly can.
 
I would at least know:

1m = 100cm
1L = 1000mL
1mL = 1cm^3
1kg = 1000g
1 gallon = 4 quarts = 128oz
1 quart = 16oz
1 gallon = 3.78L
1 mile = 5280 feet
1 km = 0.6mile

....Like Body said, more the merrier!!!
