Convertion of GPA 9.0 to 4.0 scale

Hey,

I am going to YorkU, Toronto and our GPA scale is out of 9.0
Does someone know how am I calculating it by 4.0 scale ? 😕
I don't think it's a straight-forward math calc. but specific convertion by grades.
