Cool Elective Rotation??

Any ideas out there for a cool 4th yr elective rotation?? I'm way early in thinking about this (start third yr in two months), I know, but some things cool may need early set up....

I'm thinking anything from a cool place to live/work for a "life experience" to an elective internship or something in health policy/gov't. work.

Any suggestions, serious or otherwise, would be appreciated.

One of my best experiences was at Mt. Edgecumbe hospital in Sitka, Alaska. Great learning experience as a medical student. I scrubbed with the OB or surgeon, covered the ER, managed inpatients, and worked in clinic-- a true FP type experience. Also, float plane trips to outlying villages and medivac flights. Outside the hospital: fishing, skiing, climbing, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, scuba diving.
