Coordinating Interviews?

Has anyone had any success in contacting schools when you're going to be travelling to the area to see if they'd be willing to review your file and offer you an interview at the same time?

I tried that with Wash. U. today after scheduling St. Louis...haven't heard back yet.

I tried the same thing with Einstein while I'm there for NYMC - it's been about 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything yet... 🙁

i was able to do that with einstein after nymc invited me. it was earlier in the process when their days weren't so full, though, so you might have to push both interviews back if you want them coordinated. have you guys e-mailed the schools or called them? if you've done one, i'd suggest doing the other to see where you're at.
