Copy pasting secondary responses from AZCOM to CCOM?

Both the AZCOM and the CCOM secondary ask why that particular school will provide you with the osteopathic education you want, but they share a portal and seem to be two different programs of Midwestern University. I was hoping to reuse the first half of my essay for both (an anecdote about how I got interested in osteopathy) but I'm worried that they will be able to see each other's application? I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this or has any experience.
