Can someone please explain how these three cycles are connected? And why are they important?

After alpha-ketoglutarate accept NH3 from Alanine -> Glutamate --> Then what?
Does it pass the NH3 to the urea cycle?

Thanks.

Cori cycle = clears lactic acid from your muscles during anaerobic exercise. No Cori cycle = lactic acidosis
Alanine cycle = mainly for transporting ammonia to the liver -> urea cycle.
