Hi,
I will be entering medical school next year and it is my goal to become a cornea specialist (Please don't post saying you are too young to make this decision. I realize I may change my mind in med school).

I realize that landing an ophto residency is ultra hard, but is it hard to land a cornea fellowship once you complete residency?

Depends on what type of program you want to go to. There are a lot of cornea fellowships, so I would say it's not that hard to get one. If you want a competitive one, of course you need to work hard, do research, get good letters, blah blah blah.
