It may be a bit early but I figure I would start this thread.

Please post any interview requests/rejections, the date notified, and how (email, phone) for Cornea Fellowship programs.

My interview requests so far:
Ross Eye (Buffalo) via email on July 16
Cornea Consultants of Albany (Albany Medical Center) via email on August 1
University of Michigan via email on August 9

No rejections yet (fingers crossed)

When would you normally except to hear back from most programs? Also, if someone could give opinion about top 10 cornea programs in the country.

Anyone heard from any of the California programs besides UCSF?
Also, agree with Smartfellow -- anyone willing to share insight about strong/weak programs would be helping out the rest of us tremendously.

Other than the ones already listed:

UC-Irvine: 9/23 via email
UCLA/Jules Stein: 9/3 via email
Dr. Hamilton (Atlanta): 9/11 via email
Baylor: 9/9 via email
Ohio State: 8/27 via email

Has anybody heard from UIC or UC Davis yet?

I know that UC Davis has sent out a batch of interviews already, but I'm not sure about UIC (haven't heard from them, either).

Add Emory to the list, 9/20
