A quick histology question...If a patient undergoes routine cataract surgery complicated by early corneal decompensation and later requires a corneal biopsy for failure to improve clinically, does any one know if it is possible to histologically distinguish between pseudoaphakic bullous keratopathy and the aguttate form of Fuch's corneal dystrophy? I appreciate accurate clinico-pathological correlation is best done with the treating opthamologist but just wondered if anyone had any pearls of wisdom. Thanks.
