Hi, I'm thrilled to get into both amazing schools, and now I'm stuck!
I'll be OOS for both schools, and I know the tuition for both schools is pretty similar, even after considering CoL in each city.
I want to do a specialty after vet school.
The main differences I noticed between the two schools are: location (big city vs. isolated city) & clinical year (Cornell: 4th year vs. Penn: 3rd & 4th year)
Penn is now doing 2 years of clinical years and now sure if I'd like it or not.
What I would like about Cornell: clean & quiet & all-in-one CVM campus (vs. Penn's campus is kinda spread out)
What I would like about Penn: better weather (warmer) & accessible to cities nearby
Based on the factors I've considered so far, it's very hard to choose. Is there any question I should ask myself to find out what I care more about?
I'd be grateful if someone could share their experiences or opinions to help with my decision. Thank you!
