Hey guys, have any of you applied to Cornell MSTP without having all your pre-req's done by the end of fall semester prior to year of matriculation? I have all my premed req's done except for one semester of "inorganic chemistry" (I have AP credit for gen chem) and I'm debating whether to take gen chem Fall 2020 or if I can delay it to Spring 2021. Another option would be for me to take PChem next semester, but the lab for that class is still in the Spring of 2021. I ask because Cornell's website says all pre-req's should be completed by January of the year of matriculation and I wonder if they're very stringent on this requirement or if they are lenient? I know most med schools just require you to complete all your pre-reqs before matriculation. Thanks!

P.S. I emailed their office of admissions and they just copy and pasted their requirements basically.
