why does the blood flow towards RCA enhance during systole?, I mean we know that coronary artery blood flow occurs during diastole so how can it be possible?
Blood doesn't flow well to the left heart during systole because it is squeezing so hard. The right heart, on the other hand, doesn't squeeze nearly as hard so there is still a pressure gradient between the aorta and the arteries of the right heart that allows blood to still flow during systole.
