Hi
I previously posted a thread (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=803441) but was told that SDN doesn't give medical advice. I understand and agree to that.
So I just want to gather infos on coronoid process operations so I can make a decision about my own elbow. I went to see a physician before posting here. let's make it clear.

On an elbow that dislocated after being twisted, there is a coronoid process fracture that's ~50% the original coronoid process. and a tiny shadow on the radial head.

can the surgerer access the coronoid process fracture without having to cause damages to soft tissues around?
do they get good results?
is the technique of the sutures or anchor sutures efficient?
is it very risky?

thanks
