I'm wondering if anyone has heard anything about this program. I was reading the review on the "Residency Review" Sticky, and it sounded like things weren't going so great. Has anyone heard if things have change and if the residents are feeling more comfortable now?

General Veers, thanks for the good description of it. Currently, this is my #1 place to go (in 2 & 1/2 years...). Do many 4th years do away rotations there?

Yes. We have a lot of 4th years from Texas and other programs go through there. They also tend to rank highly if they make a good impression.
