could anyone confirm this?

cortisol 1. elevate glucose level
2. suppress immune system...

i think 1. is true but not sure about 2...

2 is correct. Think corticosteroids or cortisone cream that people use for bug bites and stuff. It suppresses inflammation (immune response) so that they're not itchy anymore.

i think cortisol and cortisone is glucocorticoids one of corticosteroides (correct me if i'm wrong)
and glucocorticoids raise the glucose level in the blood. don't they?

Yes cortisol is a glucocorticoid and it raises blood sugar level. It is used as an anti-inflammatory, therefore it acts an immune suppressor.
