What are some good cosmetics courses/workshops that are geared towards derm residents? I am talking about those that provide practical, hands-on experiences.
 
"Hands on" is going to be difficult. Cosmetic Bootcamp is OK and free to residents with multiple different cities. These are lectures and not hands on. The Cosmetic Surgery Forum happening now in Vegas is outstanding. The AAD annual meeting offers hands on cosmetic courses that you have to pay for.
