Cost for testing/applications

eh it depends mainly on how many schools you apply to. varies even more if you take in to account interview expenses.

The OAT is $199.

The Kaplan books are like 40 dollars at books a million. (Although I bought the same edition I got at books a million on half.com for 2 dollars)

The Kaplan course is rather pricey, I don't personally think it's necesary but if you do take it try to find one of there $200 dollar off coupons. 🙂

here are the links to the app fees for all the schools. average is like 50 sum buckaroos

OAT kaplan course ---> $1200.00
OAT registration fee ---> $200.00
Application fees (2 schools)---> $100.00
midnight Starbucks runs-->$20.00
getting into 1st choice school ---> priceless:zip:

sending transcripts from schools...depends on price...and how many colleges, JCs you might have attended in HS and post Undergrad...anywhere from free to $10/each school.

Send OAT score to each school is $25/school..you get 5 free ones if you select the schools at the same time as signing up for the OAT

if your college has a letter of recommendation service and all your LORs are there, there is likely a fee for that, mine was ~ 5 dollars/each school

high school transcripts for schools like SUNY and SCCO... $5/school

NOVA wanted high school AP exam schools (WHY IN THE WORLD???)...i didnt bother sending them so i dont know how much.

I find that the Kaplan big book, plus some Princeton or Kaplan MCAT and OAT books more than enough...

I haven't even taken some of the courses before....
340 TS, 340 AA

no lower than 330 in anything

I think my total tab was 1200. But I didn't have to fly to interviews either.

Save some dough, take a kaplan test from the book or the free test from opted and see where you stand before you blow a "stack" on a oat course
