I got a copy of the Academic Review materials from someone I know who was done with them, so I didn't pay anything.

I've seen them for sale on Craigslist and ebay for about 50% of the new price. If you go to AATBS and Academic Review's websites, you can see how much the materials are. There are tiers so it will vary by what you get. The top tier is something like $2000 and the lowest is around $800. It's ridiculous quite honestly. So if you have a friend who's a step ahead of you in the process, try to score their materials if you can.
