Costanzo Phys, 3rd or 4th Edition

Does anyone thing its work getting the 4th edition (2009) for 45$ over the 3rd edition (2006) for much less?

the 4th edition is a bit better but I am not sure it is worth the extra money. Look for the errata for the 3rd edition.

it is actually informative to read. the review guide won't help you learn it, it will help you re-learn it.

I guess what I am asking is, does the 4th edition include more information, better explanation, better pictures, etc. than the 3rd or are there just slight modifications enough to be able to republish and charge more $$$$$$$$. Not trying to waste my money for nothing.

I agree with this. I dont imagine Physiology has changed much in 4 years so you will get the same info in both but there maybe a few graphs or images moved around.
