I am a little lost on how to go about grouping my EC's in the most beneficial way, would anyone be willing too let me pm them my CV so I could get input on how to clump my experiences together? Please and thank you!

If you mean have multiple items in the same EC, then follow @gyngyn advice and go to the link.
If you mean how to list each EC (as in how individual ECs should be listed together) you dont get the choice. All ECs with follow chronological order when transmitted to schools
