Okay.. got a 230 on step 1, but haven't been honoring any classes during clerkship. Have research experience, but no papers to brag about. I shadowed/assisted a well-known neurosurgeon for my first year and enjoyed it.

What are my chances for this upcoming year match? (2007).

I'm not really picky about location but thinking West or Midwest maybe. Definitely NOT East coast.
