Hello SDN,
I have a mailing date of 10/21/2016 and applied to
Howard, MYD, BU, Stony Brook, UNC, ECU, Tufts, VCU and Touro
GPA: BCP 4.0, Science 3.96, Non-Science 3.5
DAT: AA 20, PAT 19, QR 19, BIO 20, IC 24, TC 21 (Taken Once)
I will graduate with a second Bachelors (BS Chemistry) this spring
I have not received an interview invite from a single school. One of my classmates has received an invite and her application went in later than mine.
I think my application may have been flagged but when I contact schools, I’m told the it is fine.
Additional information:
First time Applicant
My first degree was from a Korean University in 2005 (BA English Language and Literature)
English is my second language but I have taken all my English requirements at face to face US Universities and I am currently in writing intensive chemistry courses
I am a US citizen and have been paying state and federal taxes since 2008.
I am a 36 year old non-traditional student with a husband and son.
Do schools have set amount of Asian or non-traditional students they accept?
I am desperate for answers. I don’t know if I can go through another application emotionally and if my family can do another finically.
Guidance or anyone willing to review my application would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
