Could someone walk me through this cube folding problem?

I'm having a lot of trouble with folding cubes. Usually if every face is different it makes it a lot easier but with problems like these with only 2 types of faces it makes it extremely difficult for me. Was wondering if someone could walk me through their thought process as they do it.

It's very hard to explain using words; the best suggestion is to create one yourself and fold the cutout until you see C.
