Could someone walk me through this cube folding problem?

I'm having a lot of trouble with folding cubes. Usually if every face is different it makes it a lot easier but with problems like these with only 2 types of faces it makes it extremely difficult for me. Was wondering if someone could walk me through their thought process as they do it.
