Currently still upset about this, so I need some good news in my life.

3 main quarters with summer optional.
Are quarters more intensified? Like, do you get to cover all of what we cover in 15 weeks? Or is it just less material. Would that mean that, if I took bio 1 in one semester and someone took it in one quarter, I got exposed to more material and have "more" knowledge?

Correct. Fall, Winter, Spring. In terms of material, it really depends on the school. Materials covered varies depending on the professor even in quarter systems. Example. Took A&P 1/2 and my friend took with another professor and he covered only about 60% of what I covered.

How about tuition? Would three quarters be roughly the same as two semesters?

Again, each school has different tuition costs. Probably not important as the total cost of attendance PER YEAR.

Never thought I'd be here but ... what are people's thoughts on having to retake physics 1 after hearing back from schools.. is this grounds for admittance rejection? 🙁

To be honest, the interview process and SDN have both introduced me to some amazing pre-dents across the country. It has been so fun traveling and talking to complete strangers who might become future colleagues/classmates. I'm going to miss the excitement of it all. Only 3 more sleeps and we're there.

So for schools that call to notify, what are you supposed to say? I feel like I will be so excited that I might freeze up completely, and/or drop the phone, run away screaming, etc...

I'm sure it will go along the lines. Is this Mr/Ms. So and so? You would say yes. They will say congratulations you have been accepted to ______. Then you say thank you so much and that would pretty much be the end of it I guess.

You know that tomorrow is Wednesday, right?
Yeah, but it's only worth 10% of my total grade so I care about it as much as you do! (zero)
I think all he knows is December 1st by now. No other days exist.
I've been wishing since Sunday that I could just nap all the way to Thursday lol 😀

I only have to wait till tomorrow to find out my fate. My #1 school send acceptance snail mail so i will be notify by ups if they mail it tomorrow.

Serious question.. if your first choice calls you should you let any school that calls you after know or would you wait and let them know later? I don't want to lead schools on but I also don't want to mess anything up if something falls through with the first school. Opinions?

I probably wait if it between my #1 and #2. Just in case something unpredictable happen I have something to fall back on.

I wouldn't really act on impulse and tell them you're not interested. UNLESS, you are absolutely sure you will never attend their school. You only get one chance at an acceptance, so you can't change your mind later on if you decide you wanted to go to that school instead. I would honestly consider it for at least a couple of days before you decide for sure. That's just my opinion. Good luck!

Even if you have no intentions of going there, don't immediately reject their offer over the phone. You worked hard to get in! Enjoy having that acceptance, at least for a few days!
