1) So I just learned that you are still considered a reapplicant to schools that you submitted primary to previously but not secondaries. I did not know this and listed these schools on AMCAS as schools that I never applied to before. Is this really bad?

2) I also accidentally associated one of my recommendation writers with wrong university on AMCAS. Is this also really bad?

Recommendation letters have letterheads that indicate where the letter writer works and letter writers usually have to sign their name, so it's not a big deal. They can easily look up the institution on the letterhead and find the letter writer there.
