couples match help

I'm an M3 in a US allopathic program looking to couples match with my girlfriend next year. I'm going into radiology and she's doing derm. I realize that this will be one heck of a couples match but we're both fairly competitive in our respective fields. It's still early in the process, but I'm wondering if anyone has advice on how to form a match list in our situation. Anyone done this before? How should it be organized? How do preliminary programs factor into the list? How long should we make the list?
