Couples Matching on West Coast

Hey guys,

I'm going into Peds and my fiancee is going into Medicine. We're hoping to stay on the west coast (although we will apply to Texas schools as well).

Does anyone have experience with couples matching and/or know what might be a good number of programs for both of us to apply to in order to secure enough interviews for a rank list?
