How should I classify a psychopharmacology course on the AMCAS? At my school, it's in the psychology department, however, it mostly dealt with the molecular pathologies of diseases.

I don't know whether to classify it as Biology or Allied Health Sciences. I lean towards Bio, however pharmacy/pharmacology is named as a course that can be listed as Allied Health Sciences. Does it matter that much? I imagine not.

ADCOMS halp plzzz

@Goro @gyngyn @LizzyM

Thank you!

This level of logistics is beyond me. Sorry.

post the official college catalog description
That would make my school instantly identifiable with a quick google search.

May I DM you?

Whichever way makes your BCPM GPA look better, frankly. For classes that are that on the border, choose the method that looks best for you.

AMCAS will correct it if they disagree.

AMCAS allowed my psychopharmacology course to go as BIO (it was a behavioral health department course). The course description does matter.
