I have a couple of courses that I am not sure how to categorize...

Humanities
American Pluralism
Biomedical Science Internship

Anyone have any ideas for me? Thanks for the help!

Check the AMCAS help file, there's a list of class types and their suggested classification. The classification depends on the content of the course, not on its title, so none of us can answer your question definitively.

Good call on checking the file. The course heading will give you a good start, too. BIO 240 "Mollecular Biology" is likely going under the BCPM because it is called a Biology course.

As for the content mattering more than the name, realize that your AMCAS reviewer will have to judge based on the name. PSYCH 300 "Neural Anatomy and Biological/Physiological Mechanisms of Personality Disorder" might have a better chance of being BCPM than BIO 129 "Introduction to Descriptions of Personality Disorders"
