I emailed AACOMS about course equivalency since I want to take advantage of the grade replacement policy, but their response was "Unfortunately we do not look over course descriptions, and are not able to advise you on this."

How can I go about finding out if it's equivalent? I don't want to take this course if it's not equivalent.

Thanks for anyone who can help.
