course hours vs units

Hi guys.....been reading the boards for awhile now....great site 🙂


would anyone be able to tell me how many course hours i should put down on the application? My coursework was on a semester basis. For example, a chem course had 3 hours of lecture and 5 lab hours a week. I got 4 credits for the course. Do i put down 8 course hours or 4?

4 don't put 8

MY chem had 3 hours a week of lecture and 6 of lab, it was a 5 unit class
