If I submit my AACOMAS app to be verified and later decide I want to complete a prerequisite (psychology) in the summer so that I can apply to more schools that require this class....will I be able to add these "in-progress" courses later? Or should I just add a in-progress psych class before I e-submit?

Lastly, schools that require this course...will they still review my application even though I do not have a letter grade for this class?

This is largely dependent on the school. Call and ask.

Every school has different prerequisites and standards in how they evaluate applicants. Your question is school specific, not AACOMAS related.
