Hey, I was wondering the specific classes one takes the first two semesters of dental school. I know of Gross Anatomy, but I am not aware of the other courses. I would be much obliged if one could help. Thanks..MAZ

The actual courses will vary from school to school, but the content will be largely the same.

We are systems-based, so the first semester we had:

History of Dentistry

and the second semester we had (and are almost finished with):

We take each class with the Med School and then have a dental component twice weekly.
1. Human Systems (Anatomy, Histology, Radiology)
2. Biochemistry/Molecular Biology
3. Physiology
4. Pharmacology
5. Embryology
6. Immunology/Microbiology
7.Epidemiology

That's year one...We finish in 2 weeks
 
man i just finished my anat lec/lab and i am finally done with meeting all the pre reqs for IUSD. 7 more days before i leave for indy!!!!!!! can't wait to start the real studies in about a month. lol
