I've heard conflicting things about Osteopathic schools replacing original grades with a retake grade, can anyone clarify this for me because do to a mis-proper withdrawal from the semester a year ago, I received 3 F's in 3 non-Science GPA courses, but regardless , it still brings my GPA down a lot.

a detailed answer is in the FAQ at the top of the pre-osteo forum.

retake those course and the new grades will be factored in your GPa and not the F's. The F's will show on your application but will not be used in the GPA calculation.
