course work session on OptomCAS

I'm a bit confused on OptomCAS application in 'course work' session. What am I supposed for fill in for "Course Prefix/Department Name and number"? In my transcript, it includes CSU GE: DEPT: COURSE TITLE: COURSE NUMBER: UNITS: GRADE: GRADE POINTS:CODE. For example, B1: PSCI: GEN CHEMISTRY: CHEM 130: 5.0: 5.0:A:20.0.

For those credit/ non-credit classes, is the number of credit hours zero as it is appeared on my transcript as grade points?

for that example, you would put CHEM 130
