Courses for EMS officers

Hi! I am on a volunteer EMS squad while in school and was wondering what courses do you think should be required and/or recommended for officers? For example, do you think ICS 200, 300, or 400 level classes are needed, etc. Thanks!

Everyone should take 100, 700, and 800. Your line officers should take 200. Exec. officers should take the full monty.
