Will dental schools look at your application before you have DAT scores in? I was not able to get a test date until the beginning of August which is well past priority deadline for the school that I want to attend. With everything going on do you think that they might extend interviews without DAT scores and then evaluate them as they arrive? I know it usually takes an additional 2-4 weeks after you take the exam for your scores to be reported and I am worried that I will have little change of acceptance regardless at this point.

Most people applying this cycle haven’t taken their DAT yet. They will figure it out, don’t stress. Most schools don’t even have their first rounds of interviews until September/October anyways.

no
you can fax/email your preliminary scores that you can print out when you finish the DAT, and some schools will consider you
