My colleagues and I at Hartford Healthcare are asking healthcare workers across the US to complete an IRB approved survey with the goal of assessing current quality of life, mental health, and other related factors in the context of your personal and work situation during the COVID19 crisis. This is a needs assessment and should guide interventions for healthcare workers in both the short and long term at the local and national level.
We know you are swamped and deeply appreciate the 10-20 minutes it would take for you to complete this study. We believe the results will provide meaningful guidance for the needs of healthcare workers during this time and future pandemics.
