Hey guys, how is your school handling COVID and the upcoming school year? I'll be matriculating in the fall and there is apparently word that 2nd/3rd year students may be delayed a year from graduating because of the unforeseeable circumstances. How is your school handling sitting for mandatory CBSE's / NMBEs. Due to the step cancellations some schools have had to postpone orientation for rotations and even delay them for a couple months. Is orientation for rotations and rotations itself being delayed for you as well?

Don't worry about NBME and rotation delays, you haven't even started school yet.

Ross is remote learning this semester and the next. Clinical orientations are being made virtual with in-person being on hold for the time being. Clinical rotations open up at the discretion of the hospital with clinical weeks being reduced from 96 to the 70s.

Ross doesn't have required CBSE pass prior to step 1. Step 2 CBSE will be taking place over remote proctor.

But again to reiterate, focus on passing your classes instead of what M3/M4 are dealing with. There's also like 30 schools in the carib (27 of which you shouldn't be looking at even after deciding to go carib) so they'll all do something differently.
