Covid work restrictions

If you are diagnosed with covid...how long before you are able to return to work?

Trying to find what everyone else is doing especially in light of the general labor shortage
 
With a positive test must stay home 5 days with or without symptoms, then must PCR retest on day 5. If retest is positive must stay home 5 additional days. If retest is negative and asymptomatic can return to work.

Yes....exactly why many don't test when feeling ill. Staying home until well and following the usual mask protocol on return is sufficient. Between vaccinations (and multiple boosts) and prior infections of *everybody*, treating this like it's 2020 is dumb.

It depends.
Did you take a test?
Are the results of that test viewable by anybody?
In other words, does anybody besides you know about it?
Take-home message: take a home test, or no test at all.
