We still do 10 for the day of symptom onset. We were encouraged to get tested on day 5. If still positive, stay home, else get your butt back to work.

Yes....exactly why many don't test when feeling ill. Staying home until well and following the usual mask protocol on return is sufficient. Between vaccinations (and multiple boosts) and prior infections of *everybody*, treating this like it's 2020 is dumb.

It depends.
Did you take a test?
Are the results of that test viewable by anybody?
In other words, does anybody besides you know about it?
Take-home message: take a home test, or no test at all.
