what is the max ORIGINAL supply physician can write for the following controlled substances?:

CS 2
CS 3-5
Non CS

I already know that with Refills
CS 2: no refills
CS 3-5: 5 refills/6mo or 120 days
Non CS: up to 1 yr supply...so can be up to 11 refills

Please help...thanks!!
